What is a coincidence?

Is the whole constantly being made? Is the whole a collection of coincidences? Is the whole one gigantic vital coincidence depending on each person's point of view? Is the whole a given totality where our errors can only be understood because we therefore do not fit in the big puzzle?

What is vital?
