It has always been important to me to not only inspire art critics and museum visitors with my works, but also catch an audience that comes across my artworks accidentally, which is why I particularly enjoy working in public space. Many of my installations are very popular with children - not only because my Water Pavilions and Modified Social Benches are so much fun, but because children often find it easier to open up and interact with others. I hope Eierplatz becomes a place of warmhearted dialogues and not only makes the little ones smile, but awakens the child in the grownups too!

Social Playground Monheim comprises a Water Pavilion with eye-catching Yellow Modified Social Benches, which designed for sitting and playing at the same time, and Yellow Modified Street Lights. Due to their unusual shape, these lamps do not only provide light, but are also converted into playground equipment offering swings, slides and climbing bars.

The accessible Water Pavilion Monheim, in the form of several overlapping eggs, will invite people to touch and feel the water. The water walls randomly rise and fall, defining different configurations of the space by changing shape and appearance. Moving from square to square, people find themselves enclosed in everchanging interior spaces.
